RUBY

We Started Ruby Because AI Changed the Way We Worked.

In 2023, AI began changing the way we approached our own work. We were not drawn to it simply because it was the next big thing. We were drawn to having more hours to devote to higher-value work, solving problems we had accepted as normal, and realizing how much more capable we could become with the right tools.

That curiosity led us to the G100 AI Lab at Babson College, where we had the opportunity to work with small business owners and teach them how to apply AI inside their companies. We saw what could happen when someone spent even one day learning through the work they were already responsible for. Problems that had existed for years suddenly felt solvable.

We fell in love with helping people experience that change.

We also learned that education was only one part of the answer. Some teams needed the confidence to use AI for themselves. Others needed a better system built around the way their business worked. Most needed both.

That became the idea behind Ruby Advisory: bring practical education and thoughtful implementation together so companies can make AI useful while giving their people the tools and confidence to move forward.

Since then, we have supported 12 companies, trained more than 70 employees, and helped our clients save more than 500 hours. Every engagement brings us back to the same belief that started Ruby: people do not need more noise about AI. They need practical help using it to do better work.

Brandon Shore

Implementation & Systems

Brandon sits with the people doing the work, finds where time and energy are being lost, and turns the right opportunities into practical AI systems built around the business.

Through the G100 AI Lab, he has worked with more than 120 small businesses and built custom AI software for more than 10 companies. His standard is simple: it has to work on a normal Tuesday.

Education & Training

Cole designs hands-on programs that help people learn AI through the work they already own—not abstract examples or technical lectures.

He has trained more than 70 employees through Ruby and helped bring project-based AI education to more than 500 students through Crafting Tomorrow. His goal is confidence people can keep building on.
