Training request privacy

When you request a free team AI session, Ruby Advisory collects the contact and firm details you provide to respond to your request and prepare a relevant session.

What we save

We save your name, email, firm, office location, optional role and team size, and the time of your request. We may also save campaign or referral information associated with the link you used.

How we use it

Your request is available to Ruby for follow-up and may be added to our private sales dashboard. Submitting this form does not automatically schedule a session or subscribe you to an email sequence.

Website analytics

We use PostHog to understand website activity. After a successfully saved request, we may associate activity from your browser with the contact details you supplied. We do not identify visitors by their IP address. Analytics may be blocked without preventing a request.

You can ask Ruby to review or delete your request by replying to our follow-up email, or book a call to contact us.
